Do you offer weeding, mulching, or gardening services?

Answer: Yes! We offer all of these services on a regular or as-needed basis. Our team is experienced in these areas and will work with you to obtain the results you are looking for.

Can you accommodate special events?

Answer: Yes! Our team is happy to assist in preparing your property for special events. We are available, whether it be event coordination, lawn care, maintenance, or an event setup. Please give us a call to discuss any preparations that may be needed to see how we may be of assistance.

Can you meet with vendors at our property to allow them access if needed?

Answer: Yes! We can meet with any of your vendors to allow access. This includes all kinds of contractors and services such as pest control, realtors, plumbing and heating technicians, painters, other maintenance workers, and so on.

Can we schedule property checks as needed or when we are leaving town?

Answer: Yes! We are happy to work with you on an as-needed basis. Whether you’re away for a few days, weeks, or months, we can adapt our services for your situation.

Do you offer spring and fall cleanups?

Answer: Yes! We offer thorough spring and fall cleanups of your property.

Can we list our vacation rental with you?

Answer: Yes! We will visit your property to learn all of its unique qualities and features and create a listing that is sure to be successful in obtaining bookings. We will advertise and market your property through various channels to ensure a great occupancy rate.  We can coordinate and/or provide turnover cleaning services as well.
